Versatile and efficient, the 10-inch filter option is ideal for most applications. Small enough to fit into the tightest of spaces and capable of removing hydrocarbons to less than 5ppm, this filter is the go to option for all but the largest of pleasure craft.

For use with cruisers, narrow boats, and single engine vessels below 70ft in length, or if available space restricts the use of the larger filter option. In this situation, double filter systems should be used.

Lab results – dependant on bilge hydrocarbon content, discharged water is expected to contain between 3 and 4 micro grams of hydrocarbons or <4ppm (less than 4 parts per million). The UK Boat Safety Scheme requires hydrocarbon content of less than 5ppm and the coastal requirement is less than 15ppm. Pollutants scope – any hydrocarbon based liquid.
